ADJet-Cooker
ADJet-cookers are used to heat liquids and slurries in a variety of industries, including starch, PVA, EVOH, Guar Gum, biofuels, and ethanol treatment. They work by high shear mixing steam directly into the liquid or slurry, which instantly transfers heat. This method is very efficient and can heat liquids up to 180°C Steam is then injected with high speed into the liquid at high pressure through a special injection tube. The injection tube is designed to high shear mix the steam and liquid efficiently. High shear for can be adjusted manually closing or opening of injection tube opening. The steam condenses instantly as it comes into contact with the liquid. This releases a large amount of heat, which is transferred to the liquid. The heated liquid exits the Jet-cooker at a controlled temperature. The temperature is controlled by adjusting the pressure of the steam and the flow rate of the liquid. |
Why choose ADjet cooker: |
High shear forceADjet cooker make intense turbulence and mechanical shearing forces inside jet cooker. It does mechanically break down any starch clumps, promoting a uniform and homogeneous cooked starch product. Wide Operating RangeADJet cookers can handle a virtually limitless range of process flow rates and heat loads, making them extremely versatile for a wide variety of applications. Low Noise Level
ADJet cookers operate at a whisper-quiet level, below 85 decibels, making them significantly quieter than venturi-type heaters. No Steam Hammer
The revolutionary variable orifice injector in jet cookers intelligently maintains a precise differential between the steam and water pressures, effectively eliminating harmful vibration and steam hammer. Spare parts
ADJet cooker have an extremely long lifespan and require very little replacement of spare parts. |
ADjet cookers offer several advantages over other types of heaters, including:
