GENERAL:
ADJet Cookers are used to heat liquids and slurries in various industries, including starch, PVA, EVOH, Guar Gum, biofuels, and ethanol treatment. They operate by high shear mixing steam directly into the liquid or slurry, which instantly transfers heat. This method is highly efficient and can heat liquids up to 180°C.
The ADJet Cooker meets current engineering standards, complies with the EN machinery directive, and is CE labelled.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
Steam is injected at high speed into the liquid at high pressure through a special injection tube. This tube is designed to efficiently mix the steam and liquid with high shear. The level of shear can be adjusted manually by opening or closing the injection tube.
As the steam comes into contact with the liquid, it condenses instantly, releasing a large amount of heat, which is transferred to the liquid. The heated liquid then exits the Jet Cooker at a controlled temperature. This temperature is regulated by adjusting the steam pressure and the liquid flow rate.
ADJET COOKER CONSTRUCTION:
The ADJet Cooker is manufactured using only high-quality materials. All wetted parts are made of Duplex steel (EN 1.4462).
The standard design has a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar. However, if higher pressure demands exist, the cooker can be designed to accommodate higher pressures as well.
ADJET COOKER CAPACITY:
Adpap Ltd. offers standard cooker sizes for various capacities, ranging from just a few liters per minute up to 250 liters per minute (lpm) per unit, depending on the available steam. ADJet Cookers can be supplied as ready-made units, including all necessary connections and operating valves.
YOUR BENEFITS WITH ADJET COOKER:
High Efficiency:
ADJet Cookers can heat liquids very quickly and efficiently, saving energy.
Precise Temperature Control:
They maintain a very precise temperature, which is crucial for many industrial processes.
No Fouling:
Jet cookers do not foul easily, requiring less maintenance than other types of heaters and resulting in lower operating costs.
Uniform Heat Distribution:
They distribute heat evenly, ensuring that the liquid cooks uniformly.
Quick Heat Recovery:
Jet cookers recover heat quickly, allowing for continuous cooking
