The ADM Mixer is developed specifically for this purpose. It is an efficient chemical mixing and dispersing unit, designed especially for batch mixing.
Most importantly, the ADM Mixer design enables the formation of uniform and high-quality chemical dispersions with the required viscosities and exact, homogeneous solid contents. This ensures that chemical components are evenly distributed throughout the entire solution volume.
The ADM Mixer meets current standards, complies with the EN machinery directive, and is CE labelled.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
In the ADM Mixer, chemicals are mixed in a batch-type process. All chemical components are dosed into the mixer either simultaneously or in a predefined sequence, typically done fully automatically.
The turbine agitator then mixes all the chemicals throughout the entire mixer tank volume, achieving a uniform distribution of all components. The mixing time and intensity can vary significantly depending on the chemicals and their consistency. Once mixing is complete, the homogeneous solution is discharged from the mixer.
APPROPRIATE TANK DESIGN:
The appropriate tank design, combined with an adjustable turbine mixer, ensures the best possible result for the chemical mixture. The ADM Mixer is equipped with a well-balanced load cell system, enabling accurate dosing of each chemical into the solution. It features a top-mounted turbine agitator, which provides several operational benefits. The ADM turbine agitator creates a deep vortex, effectively wets pigments, and breaks down large agglomerates.
High-quality steel is used in the manufacturing of the ADM Mixer, minimizing wear and maximizing the equipment’s lifespan.

Adpap ADM Mixer sizes are standardized, with unit sizes ranging from 1.5 m³ to 12 m³. If different capacities are required, tailor-made units can be designed to meet specific customer needs.
